Thank you for your caring calls, texts and emails, which remind us of the uniquely close community we’ve built together over the past 20 years. We have treasured the opportunity to stand alongside you through daily wins and trials as well as momentous occasions like birthdays and weddings, and we hope to be back at our posts and caring for your skin again soon.

Like so many family-owned businesses across the globe, the pandemic has forced us to close our doors for the time being. The future is uncertain, and our efforts are focused on figuring out how to continue serving you and keep our business alive. As we determine next steps, we will make sure you’re the first to know about new developments and how they may impact you.
We continue to fulfill orders that ship to your door. Some of the coronavirus-related challenges we and other retailers are experiencing include increased order volume fulfilled by fewer team members and longer shipping times with all carriers.   

Because of these challenges, it’s possible that your order may take a little longer than usual to be processed and/or received. Therefore, all orders include free shipping at this time. Also, if you are local to our facility and it makes sense, we may reach out to offer contactless doorstep delivery.

We are well-stocked with most items and regularly update inventory on the site to accurately reflect what we’re able to fulfill. We’ve also added extra measures to ensure hygienic packing of orders by limited staff, so you can feel confident receiving your order.
