We can’t wait to see you again
Updated April 2, 2021: We can’t wait to fully reopen VERABELLA Skin Therapy Spa, but beginning April 6th, we have been allowed by the County of Los Angeles Public Health Officer to reopen for facial services only at 75% capacity and by appointment only.
Please review this page to understand how your visit may change since the last time we saw you.
We have implemented additional sanitation and safety measures for clients and staff. For everyone’s health and safety, please be prepared to follow these guidelines when you come for services. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Appointment Request:
Call or text 1-310-278-4733
Services by Appointment Only
The spa is not open to any walk-in business. Please do not visit Verabella without first securing an appointment confirmation. Only those with scheduled appointments will be allowed to enter. Products may be purchased during a scheduled visit—or anytime at our site.
Please do not bring friends, family or pets as we cannot accommodate them and don’t wish an uncomfortable situation for you or our staff.
Changes to Booking, Reception & Services
Booking – Screening & Payment Arrangements
At the time of booking, we will ask a few basic pre-screening questions to minimize the chance of exposure. We also will ask you to make payment arrangements over the phone to minimize checkout time and limit contact.
Reception
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time and ready, wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth. We cannot allow entrance without a mask and cannot provide one to you.
Our front desk team will be wearing masks and positioned behind a Plexiglas shield. Call/text 1-310-278-4733 or simply wave through the window to let us know that you have arrived. If we are not ready, we may ask you to wait in our beautiful courtyard.
Please use the automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the front door. We will unlock the door and check your temperature with a non-contact digital forehead thermometer before entering.
You will be asked to sign a waiver before receiving services.
We will not offer coffee, tea or candies, and magazines have been removed.
Our bathroom is now reserved exclusively for staff. Please be sure to use a bathroom before you arrive. We will have key cards for shared restrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Services
Our La Bella Donna makeup counter is not available for applications at this time, and we will not be offering samples of our products.
Masks must be worn inside Verabella and can only be removed when your aesthetician asks you to remove it in your individual treatment room.
Once your mask comes off, during your treatment we kindly ask that you keep your mouth closed and refrain from speaking (to the aesthetician or on the phone). Please talk only while your mask is still on before or after your facial treatment. This is important for the health and well-being of our staff and you. Facials are the only beauty treatment requiring a client to remove a mask, which means an increased risk.
Better Safe Than Sorry
If you have any of the following symptoms, please cancel your appointment. While we can’t wait to care for your face again, we would rather you wait to visit us and care for yourself at home instead. If you must cancel a confirmed appointment, you will not be charged.
- Nasal congestion
- Sore throat
- Achiness
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Fever higher than 100.4°F
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of taste or smell
Limited Schedule
We are staggering appointments to avoid congestion and allow for complete disinfection between appointments.
Disinfection procedures:
- Aestheticians will wash and sanitize hands between clients.
- Aestheticians are required to wear masks, face shields and gloves during your facial.
- Facial rooms will be sanitized between each client with EPA-approved disinfectant.
- Bed linens and towels will continue to be washed with detergent and bleach by an industrial linen service that follows strict CDC guidelines.
Because we are accommodating fewer clients at a time to limit exposure and perform added duties, it is more critical than ever to arrive your appointment on time and ready to go.
