Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns of qualifying merchandise are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Sale merchandise cannot be returned, except in the case of defect. Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase is required.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • You are responsible for shipping any voluntary return. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchange may vary.
  • If you opt to return merchandise valued over $75, please consider using a trackable service and/or insurance.

Refunds 

  • Once an item is received, we inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund minus the cost of shipping on the original payment method.
  • Credit should be posted within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it, please check your account, then contact your bank or credit card company to understand their posting procedures. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and 14 days have passed without receiving a refund, please contact support@verabella.com.
